Senior Admission Counsellor

Job Description

We are looking for a Female Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and students effectively. Prior experience in a school or preschool setting is preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication in English and Kannada are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective parents regarding the admission process.
• Handle admission enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about programs and facilities.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Support in organizing admission events, orientations, and parent interactions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken & written).
• Prior experience in counselling/admissions in a school/preschool preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a pleasing personality can also apply.
• Ability to build rapport with parents and handle queries confidently.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹22, ₹43,650.61 per month
