ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Accounts Associate at a coworking space, you will play

a crucial role in the financial operations of the company, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This role involves handling various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting financial reporting activities. The Senior Accounts Associate works closely with the accounting team and other departments to maintain financial integrity and contribute to organizational success.

Your job description may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Review and post account payable ledger entries, manage and process invoices, to prepare and review account receivable, and other balance reconciliationGathers and collect all the financial data and information, to verify whether it has been accurately entered in the systemPrepares monthly and quarterly MIS required by the various stakeholders and various adhoc reports.Responding to clients regarding their clients relating to ledgers, statements, balance amount, final settlement, etc.Utilise financial software, including Tally, to maintain financial records accurately in hard and soft.Collaborate with consultants and CS professionals for any kind of audits or reporting requirements.Manage cash flow and petty cash expenses.Provide valuable inputs to enhance finance, accounting, and reporting systemsHandle regulatory compliance-related financial tasks, including PF, PT, and TDS calculations, payments, and follow-ups with the consultants.Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.

Qualifications

Commerce Graduate or Inter-CA or MBA FinanceMinimum 1-3 years work experience in FinanceDeep knowledge of regulatory compliance processesAdvanced understanding of Tally, Excel and MS OfficeGood communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.Willingness to learn to diligence.Able to work independently and assume ownership and responsibility of the work

Salary Range: Rs. 3,60,000 p.a. to Rs. 4,20,000 p.a.Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to SaturdayLocation: Kondapur, Hyderabad
