As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Sail Point solutions across enterprise environments. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture and drive innovation in identity governance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design and development of Sail Point IIQ solutionsDevelop and implement Identity Manager solutions using Sail PointIntegrate Identity Management systems with authoritative sourcesConfigure and customize Sail Point connectors for AD, Jira, Service Now, SAP, and other role-based applicationsOnboard applications and develop custom connectorsProvide BAU (Business-As-Usual) support and manage release cyclesHandle ticket support and issue resolutionUtilize Java and Bean Shell scripting for advanced customizationRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience with Sail Point Identity IQ (version 8+)Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governanceHands-on experience with connector development and application onboardingProficiency in Java and Bean Shell scriptingExperience integrating with AD, ticketing tools (Jira, Service Now), and SAPStrong problem-solving and communication skills
