100% Remote | Senior Backend Engineer | Eltropy (fintech Saa S Firm) About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices that power our communication platform for financial institutions. You’ll work with Golang or Java, modern cloud infrastructure, and robust data systems to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions with clean architecture. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver features end-to-end. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Review code, mentor peers, and uphold quality standards. Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues. Work with Dev Ops to ensure smooth AWS deployments. Stay current with backend and cloud technology trends. Job qualifications: 3–8 years’ backend development experience with microservices architecture. Strong skills in Java and/or Golang (Node.js a plus). Solid experience with Postgres, Mongo DB, Redis . Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong SQL/No SQL query skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
