What will your job look like?
We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist who can create scripts to perform deployment and verification of our network optimization product mainly in Python and Shell.
You will be working with our existing framework in Shell and Python to automate various tasks and processes. You will also be responsible for innovating verification procedures and ensuring the quality and reliability of our product.
Responsibilities
Design, write, test, and maintain verification and deployment scripts in Python and Shell Understand and leverage our existing framework in Shell and Python Use REST API calls and JSON to interact with various services and platforms. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the automation process. Innovate verification procedures and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing methods. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of automation goals and requirements.
All you need is...
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Experience in automation scripting using Python and Shell Scripting Proficient in UNIX shell commands and tools Familiarity with REST API calls and JSON Experience in using build management tools such as Jenkins. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization would be an advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable, experience in creating scripts using JavaScript frameworks like Cypress.
