Senior Compliance Specialist – CSC (Gurugram)
CSC is hiring a
Senior Compliance Specialist
to join our Risk & Compliance team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be part of an international compliance team across Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Australia, and India, supporting our Corporate and Legal Solutions business.
We are looking for someone with strong
Second Line of Defense (2LoD)
expertise to help manage risk, regulatory compliance, and client acceptance in line with global standards.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the Principal Officer/MLRO for CSC India.
Provide independent risk and compliance advice on client acceptance.
Liaise with regulators and support internal/external audits.
Conduct monitoring, reviews, transaction checks, and investigations.
Deliver compliance training and prepare management reports.
Support ad hoc compliance projects.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience with strong
Second Line of Defense (2LoD)
expertise.
Strong knowledge of Indian regulations, PMLA rules, and AML standards
Experience managing risk and compliance frameworks.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
