Marketing Analyst – Marketing Department

Role Summary:

The Marketing Analyst will support strategic decision-making by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance. This role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities and customer segments
  • Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Will involve occasional travel for the sake of research to various locations.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or strategy
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
