Role Summary:
The Marketing Analyst will support strategic decision-making by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance. This role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and customer segments
- Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Will involve occasional travel for the sake of research to various locations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or strategy
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
