Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for proactively generating leads, making outbound sales calls, sending quotations, and closing sales orders related to our construction machines and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work towards sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell construction-related machines and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
- Prepare and send accurate sales quotations in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to address queries and negotiate terms to close sales orders.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or machinery sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction machinery and industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software usage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of telesales experience in industrial or construction equipment sales preferred.
