Lead Odoo Python Developer

to join our team and lead the implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients.

Position Overview:

As a Lead Odoo Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients in the United States. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, architect and develop customised solutions, and provide technical guidance to development teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Odoo framework, Python programming, and project management.Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation of Odoo solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirementsDevelop customised Odoo modules to meet client-specific needsWork under a Tech lead, take directions on project scope, timelines, and meet delivery commitmentsProvide technical guidance and collaborate with other development team membersEnsure code quality and adherence to best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field2+ years of hands-on experience with the Odoo framework and Python programming3+ years of overall programming experience in Python and other ERP ecosystemsStrong understanding of ERP systems and business processesExperience leading development teams and managing projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and project management skillsOdoo Certified DeveloperBenefits:Competitive salaryMedical InsurancePF savings planProfessional development opportunitiesHow to Apply:
