Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of program activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.Project Management: Support managing multiple projects within the program, including setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.Change Management: Knowledge of ECN, ECO, and Manufacturing Change Processes.Resource Management: Help allocate resources (staff, budget, equipment) efficiently to meet project requirements.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop strategies to mitigate them.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance to senior management.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all program-related activities, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes. Candidate requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience: Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Development. Good knowledge of the Hardware Development Cycle, tool development, and production processes. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with project management software (e.G., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
