In this role, of Jr.ETLData Testerprocesses plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of data as it moves through various stages of the data pipeline.

Responsibilities

·ETL Testing

·Data Migration project experience

·Automated and Manual testing experience

·Good comm. skills. Customer facing

·Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and transformations.

·Create detailed test plans outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for ETL testing activities.

·Define test cases, scenarios, and scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.

·Develop and execute regression testing strategies to ensure that changes in ETL processes do not adversely impact existing functionality.

·Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.

·Coordinate with development and operations teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing.

·Identify and address performance bottlenecks in data transformations and loading processes.

·Conduct performance testing to ensure that ETL processes can handle large volumes of data efficiently.

·Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ETL testing process.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Proven experience as a Data Testing Lead or a similar role in ETL testing.

·Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

·Familiarity with test automation tools for ETL processes.

·Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
