Competence in Principles of Management for delivering impactful academic sessions (Mandatory skill). Experience in Curriculum Development to design and implement course materials effectively. Ability to conduct Quantitative Analysis crucial for business decision-making and student learning. Engagement in Academic Research to contribute to the university's scholarly outputs and reputation. Strong communication and presentation abilities for effective knowledge transfer to students. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary academic setting. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lectures and seminars for MBA students. Design, develop, and update curriculum materials to meet learning objectives. Engage in scholarly research and strive for publication in recognized journals. Mentor and support students in academic and career development. Participate actively in departmental meetings and college-based educational initiatives. Contribute to the college's strategic objectives by participating in community events and engagements.
