Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): Program Manager – Saarthi

1. End-to-End Program Operations Management

  • Ensure seamless execution of the Saarthi program by overseeing all operational aspects from planning to delivery.
  • Optimize resource allocation and faculty utilization for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between faculty and students, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and clarity on academic and operational processes.
  • Facilitate regular sync-ups to address bottlenecks and maintain a smooth academic flow.

3. Student Issue Resolution & Support

  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve student queries and tickets promptly through appropriate support channels.
  • Track resolution metrics to maintain high satisfaction and service standards.

4. Communication & DRIP Campaigns

  • Own the execution of timely and relevant communication via DRIP campaigns, announcements, and notifications to keep students engaged and informed.
  • Collaborate with content and tech teams for effective execution.

5. Feedback Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyze student and faculty feedback to identify operational pain points.
  • Drive actionable changes and process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations, program management, or student success (preferably in edtech or fast-paced environments).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel; SQL or automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and handle high-volume operations with agility.
