Job Opportunity: Production Manager
Location: Nashik

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations in the Rubber and Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-volume production with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end operations of Surface Treatment, Moulding (Rubber-to-Metal Bonding) processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, process efficiency, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards, IATF, EHS, and quality systems.
  • Monitor and optimize machine utilization, manpower planning, and material flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Design) to resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Train, mentor, and build capabilities of shop-floor supervisors and operators.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices.
  • Ensure strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Rubber Technology (or related discipline).
  • Experience: 12 to 18 years of proven experience in production management, specifically in Rubber and Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rubber Moulding and Bonding technologies.
  • Strong exposure to Automotive OEM/Tier-1 requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to implement lean practices and modern manufacturing methodologies.
