Job Requirements:

- · Creation of CAE Models (System level / BIW / Full Vehicle)- · Able to model/debug passenger car full vehicle structural models using Primer.- · Able to set up and simulate frontal, side, and rear impact models.- · Able to run CAE full vehicle structural analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedback- conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.- · Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and- time constraints.- · Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage- · Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure- due consideration is given in developing solutions.- The CAE Engineer will responsible to carry out automotive full vehicle structural analysis and- model build. He will be responsible for summarizing results and feedback conclusions to- customers in an efficient manner- · automotive full vehicle occupant/restraints analysis like- dummies, airbags, seatbelts etc.- · Must have tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT- · Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience- · Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels- · PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc- Tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT
