We are seeking an experienced Audio Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality audio recordings for our Epub projects aimed at supporting dyslexic children. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the listening experience and ensuring accuracy and clarity in all recordings.

Embrace the flexibility of remote work, whether it's from the comfort of your home or a co-working space nearby, all within the India time zone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review audio recordings for quality and clarity, identifying issues such as background noises, sibilance, breath sounds, click noises, etc.
  • Collaborate with narrators to improve audio recordings by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Utilize audio editing softwares to clean, format, and enhance audio tracks, ensuring a polished final product.
  • Provide insights on audio best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in audio production.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Audio Engineer or similar role, preferably in educational content or audiobooks.
  • Proficiency in audio editing software, particularly iZotope RX 10, including familiarity with its advanced features and tools.
  • Strong understanding of audio production techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for audio content is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making learning accessible for all students.
