Platinum Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Handling: Manage a portfolio of affluent / platinum customers (typically HNI with high deposits, CASA balances, investments, and banking product usage).
- Portfolio Growth: Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling banking products CASA, term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, loans, etc.
- Service & Retention: Ensure smooth banking experience, provide priority service, and resolve escalations for high-value clients.
- Business Development: Acquire new HNI clients through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Revenue Focus: Deliver on asset, liability, and investment revenue targets.
Key Skills Needed
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
Strong knowledge of banking products (CASA, investments, loans, insurance, Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc.).
- Ability to handle clients with discretion & professionalism.
- Sales orientation with a customer-first approach.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Typically years of banking / wealth management experience.
Prior experience in handling affluent / HNI customers is a must.
Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assetsUnderstanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
