Job Opening: Credit Control

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off 2nd or 4th)

Timing: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  1. Monitor Outstanding Payments:

Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy in the tracking of customer balances.

Regularly review the aging report to identify overdue invoices and take prompt action to minimize outstanding dues.

Analyze payment trends and provide periodic reports to management on customer payment behavior and risk exposure.

  1. Follow-up on Payments:

Proactively communicate with customers through calls, emails, and written reminders to ensure timely settlement of dues.

Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns or disputes that may delay payment.

Maintain a follow-up tracker for pending payments and ensure follow-ups are conducted systematically until closure.

  1. Legal Proceedings & Recovery

Collaborate with the legal department to prepare documentation and evidence required for initiating recovery actions against defaulters.

Support the legal process by providing accurate account statements, payment history, and correspondence records.

Track the status of legal cases, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups to expedite recovery.
