Therole requires individualsto:
Build and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customersatisfaction on ongoing supply chain technologyprojects.
Help develop account strategy and plan that best leveragesconsulting teamstrengths.
Leading a team working on multiple geographically dispersedprojects and ensure all projects are delivered on time and exceedcustomerexpectations.
Successfully deliver Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagementsacross various industries sectors and geographies specifically invarious areas of Supply Chain Planning (Demand & SupplyPlanning S&OP Distribution Planning MRP Inventory PlanningReplenishment Planning and NetworkOptimization)
Bring structure to unstructured environments. Deal with ambiguityand lead the teams to success in fast pacedenvironment
Assist clients in the selection implementation and adoption ofsupply chainsolutions.
Provide functional and business process expertise on a projectwhich generally consists of consultants subcontractors remoteglobal resources and clientemployees.
Manage crossfunctional programs/projects involving multiple clientstakeholders andvendors.
Guide the clients on industry best practices / processbenchmarks.
Provide leadership and guidance to consultants in managing theirdeliverables and lead the teams to achieve highest standardsproject discipline andaccountability.
Help in building Supply Chain practice at Thoucentric and help growthe company by participating in presales activities building newsolutions / offering that can strengthen Thoucentric s capabilitiesin Supply Chainspace.
Create reusable assets to help accelerate delivery ofsolutions
Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely andsensitiveway.
Act as solution architects with equal expertise in supply chainplanning technology anddomain.
EducationalQualifications:
Strong educational background from reputed engineering andmanagementschools
RequiredSkills:
Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demandplanning supply planning S&OP and inventoryoptimization.
Should have done at least 2 implementations using at least one ofthe bestinclass supply chain software tools (e.g. JDA Blue YonderSAP APO SAP IBP Kinaxis O9 Anaplan E2Open Arkieva Oracle ASCP OMPartners etc.) or custom built supply chain planning applicationsinvolving advanced algorithms(AI/ML).
3 years to 15 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planningdomain with technologyexposure.
Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology. Appropriatetraining would be provided if you would need to work on a differenttechnology than what you have experiencein.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact withinternal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow throughandreporting
Analytical and Problemsolving skills along with selfmotivation toexcel
Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail andmultitaskingskills
Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment thatincludes influencing efficiency collaboration candor and opennesswith a focus on resultsorientation
Ability to analyze large amount of data; R Python SQL knowledge ispreferred.
