Job Description: Tele Sales Representative


Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive drives sales through telephone interactions with potential and existing customers. This role involves creating a potential customer database, promoting products or services through telecalling, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent English-speaking communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong sales track record.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Sales Calls:


  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Introduce products and services to customers.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly and compellingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.


Sales Targets:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.


Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.


Tele Sales Strategies:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.


Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Create and manage data using various tools and sources.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales processes.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Proficient in using G Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to create and manage data using different tools and sources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.


Office environment.

Standard business hours with occasional extended hours based on sales targets and deadlines.


Compensation:

Competitive base salary.

Commission structure based on sales performance.
