Description

Deployment and Test team is responsible for process orchestration and some tools provisioning for binary, environments and deployment management and works with the central QA team on tailoring standard process and providing test automation and test capturing tools.What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour key responsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Performs manual and automation testing with key focus on automationCreation of reusable business components of test (plans, cases, data, schedules, scripts)Publishes testing schedules and reportsCreate / Update Test Automation framework as per project requirement & Provide execution level support to respective teamsRetest corrections to ensure problems are resolvedAnalyze, document and communicate results.Prepare and execute the test scripts / suit and ensure the test results are correctly recorded.Work with BA/FA and stakeholders to understand business requirements functional and non-functional specificationsCoordinate UAT testing with business users and downstream systems.Provide information that enables fact-based decisions to be madeHave a working relationship with 3rd party team membersYour skills and experienceEssential skillsFramework architecture - Well versed with Automation Framework Architectures and Design Patterns.Worked on Spring, Maven/Gradle frameworkCore JAVA 8 - should have Hands on Experience with Core Java ConceptsSelenium/ Selenide - should be aware about Selenium and associated librariesCucumber BDD - Should be Well Versed with BDD ProcessJavaScript - Much needed for debugging and and RefactoringNodeJS & Protractor - Well versed with NodeJS Programs and codingManual testing - Should be aware about core software Testing conceptsExperience of using defect tracking tools like ALMUnderstanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycleProactively, initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team membersAgile, DevOps and Continuous Integration and DeliveryHave experience working in DevOps environment and Continuous Integration SystemsExperience in testing RESTful APIsProficient in SQL queries, Data Analysis, Data ValidationDesirable skillsMust be skilled in detailed data analysis (strong read only SQL) against the underlying data modelShould be familiar with the concepts of data modeling within a relational database environmentKnowledge of different business rules and data across asset class and across data typesCustomer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clientsPerformance and productivity oriented to drive toward quality testing outcomes and resultsKeen organization skillsSolid English and communication skills – both written and verbalAbility to handle multiple projects, priorities and client-engagements simultaneouslyThoroughness, ability to implement planned activities in time and with acceptable qualityStrong analytical and technical skillsDemonstrate solid software engineering skills and willingness to learn new technologiesEducation/Qualifications RequirementsBachelors Degree from an accredited college or university, ideally with an IT-related concentration (or equivalent diploma/work experience)Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (Six Sigma, , CSTE, ISTQB, ISEB or CSTPHow we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
