
Sales Executive

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for foam products.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients in industries such as furniture, bedding, automotive, and insulation.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to close sales.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide relevant feedback to management.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities related to foam products.
- Educate customers on product applications, advantages, and proper usage to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and achieve high levels of customer service.
