As a Art Director, you will have the opportunity to work across markets such as US, UK and India and create content that builds brands for start-ups, multinational and global companies. If you are a self-starter, proactive, someone who looks to take initiative, and can thrive in a young, entrepreneurial environment, this role will be most suited for you, as you develop and grow your expertise multi geographically. Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or digital marketing firm, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design for digital campaigns
Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Servicing:
Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital campaigns across various platforms including web, social media, videos and emerging digital technologies.
Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand project objectives, target audience, and creative direction.
Develop innovative and compelling campaign concepts that align with client goals and brand identities.
Oversee the development of digital content including graphics, videos, interactive elements, and copy.
Manage creative and production from concept creation to completion.
Interacting with clients to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projects.
Design & Production:
Analysing system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions
Ensuring brand guidelines and messages are consistent across platforms.
Work with principal stakeholders & decision-makers in the organization to understand the Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behaviour, and creating Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products.
Analyse client requirements, support in creating Design briefs & proposals.
Ensure, on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client.
Incorporate UI/UX best practices into all stages of campaign development, from concept creation to final execution.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure that all creative work aligns with client objectives and user needs.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in digital campaign effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities:
Exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality while juggling multiple channels of activity and a demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time, and prioritizing effectively.
Work closely with frontend & backend development, Content & PR, Digital, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the success of the projects.
Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required.
Stay up to date with the latest achievements, best practices, and trends in design.
Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization.
Analysing system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions.
Qualifications
Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.
Minimum of 6-10 years of design experience with core UX & UI Design experience
Experience in UX & UI Design for web, mobile & TV.
Relevant experience in Designing pertaining to Social Media, Web & Print.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.
