Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled SCCM Administrator to join our team. As an SCCM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, including planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM components. You will also be responsible for deploying software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCM. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in SCCM administration. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in SCCM administration
  • Proficient in planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM components
  • Experience in deploying software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCM
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM client agent configuration and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of SCCM infrastructure components and architecture
  • Familiarity with integrating SCCM with other systems and technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Certifications in SCCM or related technologies will be an added advantage


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM components
  • Deploy software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCM
  • Ensure proper configuration and functionality of SCCM client agents on end-user devices
  • Monitor the health and performance of SCCM infrastructure and resolve any issues
  • Create and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SCCM with other systems and technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SCCM and Windows Server technologies and recommend improvements to optimize SCCM performance and security
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users on SCCM functionality and best practices
