Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer (B2B Industry, 6+ Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with over 8 years of experience in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design leadership abilities, a strong creative vision, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in graphic design within the B2B industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe after effects , Adobe premiere Pro, Ms office, 3dsmax, Adobe animation, audition, HTML, Adobe XD, Figma, online tools canva, Ms designer, ai tool Bing image creater, ideogram, Stable diffusion, leopard, runnway, pika,


Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor junior designers, guiding them on design principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement design strategies and concepts.

Conceptualization and Design:

  • Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.
  • Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with managers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and address feedback and revisions.
  • Ensure the creation of diverse design outputs such as one-pagers, PPTs, in-depth guides, videos, user manuals, and minimalistic designs.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and evolve brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and visual styles.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and implement brand guidelines and standards.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements and brand standards.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members, continuously refining and improving the final output.

Creative Problem-Solving:

  • Approach design challenges with creativity, innovation, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Anticipate potential issues or obstacles in design projects and proactively develop solutions to address them.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements or constraints while maintaining high standards of design quality.
