Tax Specialist

Job Summary APAC tax compliance for Malaysia and other ASEAN countries. Direct Taxes and Indirect taxes. Job Description Assistance in direct and indirect tax compliance of the following countries: - Indonesia Vietnam Thailand UAE Singapore Malaysia Kingdon of Saudi Arabia Coordination with the local controllers to ensure the timely compliance and implementation of global tax policies in the below countries-Australia New-Zealand Korea Japan. This role would also include the limitation interaction with China and Philippines local tax and controllership teams. Direct tax compliances include US GAAP tax provisioning, computation of tax liability, filing corporate tax returns, advising the business teams on tax implications, reconciliation of tax and accounting records. Indirect tax compliances include computation of VAT/GST liability, filing tax returns, advising the business teams on tax implications, reconciliation of tax and accounting records. Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Relevant tax compliance experience
