Job description
1.Accounts
- Accounts payable and Accounts receivable to be monitored daily along with party ledger balance. Credit and debits notes inclusive
- Debtors MIS daily to Sales team
- Salary, wages, Admn overheads, Statuary payments in time
- Inventory--Stocks monitoring along with valuation. Monthly physical stocks verification of raw materials and FG
- Budget preparation for all depts along with ED and tracking the actuals and submitting variance report ( qty and rate)
- Coordinate with all audits both internal and statuary
- PF, ESI, Professional tax--acct maintenance and uploading in govt portals
- Accounts finalisation- every qtr. and every Mar end
- Monthly P&L
2.Finance
- Banking day today transactions. BRS preparation daily
- Funds--inflow/outflow tracking and working capital management
3.Costing
- Post Production Job costing
- Activity based costing
- Fixed costs - budget vs actuals monitoring
- Profitability projections vs Actuals--deviations
4.Taxation
- Preparation of GSTR1 and GSTR 3B in TALLY and portal and uploading it in govt portals
- ITC file preparation and uploading it
- Income tax--returns preparation and filing it. Auditor will assist you
5puter literacy
MS-office-word/ Excel and TALLY PRIME and ERP training will be given
