**Role Description

FixPapa is expanding its E-commerce & Re-commerce platform for IT gadgets (new, refurbished, rental, and open-box deals), and we're looking for a talented E-commerce Listing & Inventory Management Expert to join our team in Jaipur.

Role Highlights:

Product listing across multiple platforms

Inventory management & stock updates

Coordinating with internal teams & partners

Optimizing listings for better reach & sales

Who we're looking for:

Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog management

Strong knowledge of inventory control & reporting

Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. is a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, located in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Manager will handle daily operations of our online platforms, including managing product listings, optimizing user experience, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. The role involves strategic planning to drive sales, analyzing market trends and performance metrics, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The Ecommerce Manager will also work closely with the technical and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for customer interaction and team coordination.
  • Sales and Marketing: Experience in driving online sales, planning, and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Relevant skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in the electronics or service industry is a plus.
