Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Officer specializing in Background Verification. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing student admissions applications, ensuring background verifications are completed, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing application materials, communicating with applicants and educational institutions to gather necessary information, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for international students.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Experience in International Admissions and background verification procedures
  • Proficiency in Customer Service within the context of educational institutions
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and its dynamics
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in admissions or a related role is beneficial
