About this position:

We are eagerly seeking candidates with 6 to 12 years’ experience for a GenAI Developer, to join our dynamic team. As a GenAI Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to enhance the productivity platform. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI solutions, conduct experiments, and provide technical expertise. Additionally, candidate will contribute to the overall AI strategy and help drive innovation in the field of generative AI

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

  • Extensive implementation experience in data analytics space or a senior developer role in one of the modern technology stack
  • Excellent programming skills and proficiency in at least one of the major programming scripting languages used in Gen AI orchestration such as Python or Pyspark or Java Ability to build API based scalable solutions and debug & troubleshoot software or design issues
  • Hands on exposure to integrating at least one of the popular LLMs(Open AI GPT) using API endpoints.
  • Thorough understanding of prompt engineering; implementation exposure to LLM agents like Lang Chain & vector databases
  • Individual will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior data scientists, providing technical leadership, and contributing to the overall data science strategy of the company
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collaborate on delivering solutions
  • Interact with client for understanding requirements and discussing solutions
  • Set clear goals, assign tasks, and ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations.


Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks
  • Expertise in generative AI models (like GPT4, Claude 3, etc) and algorithms
  • Proficiency in natural language processing
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, RAG implementation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently


Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices for NLP and generative AI workflows.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools to communicate NLP analysis and prediction results effectively.
  • Experience with ETL processes and working with various text-based data formats.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages like Rust or Java.


Qualification you must require:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
