Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Trainer on a part-time basis to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on ServiceNow products and services to clients and internal teams.

The trainer will create and update training materials, conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure that trainees are proficient in using ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and Deliver Training Programs :

- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources related to SecOps and Service Now

- Certifications on SIR, VR, IRM, BCM, and TPRM preferred.

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for a variety of audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers.

- Utilize various training methods such as instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, e-learning modules, and hands-on labs.

Assess Training Needs :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Provide Ongoing Support :

- Offer post-training support to ensure trainees can effectively use ServiceNow products.

- Act as a point of contact for trainees to resolve queries and provide additional resources as needed.

Stay Current with ServiceNow Updates :

- Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product releases and features.

- Continuously improve training content to reflect changes and new functionalities in ServiceNow.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.

- Generate reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.

The key words are ServiceNow Trainer, must have - experience in training SecOps modules.
