The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Led the implementation and configuration of Oracle ARCS, FCCS, Anaplan, and Coupa solutions to meet clients' financial and procurement requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Manage financial consolidation and close processes using Oracle FCCS to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop financial reports and analytics to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Implement and optimize Oracle ARCS for account reconciliation and certification.
  • Develop reconciliation rules, match types, and workflow processes to streamline reconciliation operations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Anaplan models for financial planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with business units to create forecast models, scenario planning, and financial models.
  • Configure and optimize Coupa procurement software to streamline procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure efficient spend management.
  • Implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources into the financial systems.
  • Create customized financial and operational reports to meet business needs.
  • Provide training to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on how to use financial systems effectively.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and best practice materials.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to the financial systems.
  • Stay updated on software updates and patches, and apply them as needed.
  • Ensure financial systems and processes comply with relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and data security practices.
  • Monitor and maintain data security and access controls.

The Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
  • You have working knowledge of Oracle, and essbaseExtensive experience (typically 5+ years) in implementing and configuring Oracle ARCS, FCCS, Anaplan, and Coupa.
  • Strong technical skills in database management, data modelling, scripting, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data integration techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications for Oracle, Anaplan, and Coupa are advantageous.
