Support Worker

1 x Permanent Part-time Support Worker and 2 x Permanent Part-time Night-Duty Support Workers Mosman Park location Competitive Salary + Packaging ($18,550) Dynamic Team and Culture We are seeking 1 x Support Worker and 2 x Night-Duty Support Worker  to support individuals with complex needs, including sensory, physical and intellectual disabilities and often challenging behaviours, living in shared accommodation. Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home, facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments, personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers. Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way. Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.
