Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and applications deployed on AWS. You will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our systems. Additionally, you will use Terraform for infrastructure management and may use Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of applications and infrastructure on AWS.


- Optimize AWS resources for cost, performance, and reliability.


- Implement and manage AWS security best practices.


- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes.


- Ensure high availability and scalability of Kubernetes clusters.


- Implement monitoring and logging solutions for Kubernetes environments.


- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and updates.


- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD practices into the software development lifecycle.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and automation.


- Use Terraform to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and changes.


- Develop and maintain Terraform scripts to ensure consistent and repeatable infrastructure deployments.


- Write and maintain Python scripts for automating infrastructure management and operational tasks.


- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.


- Monitor system performance and health, addressing any issues proactively.


- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and application issues as they arise.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and IAM.


- Experience with Kubernetes cluster management, Helm charts, and container orchestration.


- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.


- Expertise in using Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).


- Python : Ability to script and automate tasks using Python (preferred but :


- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in cloud administration, particularly with AWS.


- Proven experience in managing Kubernetes environments and implementing CI/CD pipelines.


- Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.


Soft Skills :


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work
