Job Summary

The Supplier Relationship Management Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating the onboarding and oversight monitoring of suppliers. This includes performing reputational reviews, reporting and gathering documentation for various assessments, reviewing requirements of the SRM policies and procedures with stakeholders and providing support for all other functions of the team.

Essential Job Functions:

Supplier Onboarding - Assist with the coordination and conduct the low-risk supplier assessments on potential new engagements, including coordination between internal subject matter experts, relationship owner, and external third-party for all required documentation. Supplier Oversight Risk Assessment - Assist with the coordination of low-risk supplier oversight risk assessments including coordination with relationship owners, and external third-party for all required documentation. Complete the final risk review on low risk suppliers.  Documentation Coordinator - Facilitate the pulling of all supporting documentation to be utilized by supplier relationship management personnel.  Financial Reviews - Responsible for the financial reviews of new suppliers as well as the quarterly and annual reviews of existing suppliers. Also responsible for insurance verification of supplier base to mitigate financial risks. Ad-hoc Review - Conduct various fourth party reviews, such as client suppliers, software reviews and social media influencers. Responsible for compiling various supplier risk management reporting including OFAC reports, ORMC metrics, Archer issues, RCSA control testing and bank required reporting. Communications - Receive and respond to various email inquiries in the Global Sourcing common mailbox. Respond to general inquiries presented by suppliers. Respond to general inquires presented by internal stakeholders.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1+ year of experience in supply chain management, risk management, customer or client partnership or finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Coupa, Archer, Conga or PeopleSoft systems.
