Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facebook Meta Ads Expert at Digigrains in Indore. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook/Meta Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive Sales on Wordpress/ Shopify Store, brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in leveraging Meta’s advertising ecosystem to achieve measurable results.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRM integrations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).


Key Responsibilities:

*Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive Meta ad strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.

*Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust settings to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage ad budgets, pacing, and bid strategies effectively.

*Creative Development & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creative elements to identify the highest-performing combinations.

*Audience Targeting:

  • Define target audiences using Meta’s advanced tools, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and demographic/interest-based targeting.
  • Continuously refine audience segments based on performance data and analytics.

*Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Track and measure success metrics, such as CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and LTV.

*Staying Updated:

  • Stay informed about Meta’s advertising platform updates, tools, and industry trends.
  • Implement innovative strategies to leverage new features and optimize performance.
