Job Description: Google Dialogflow CX Conversational AI Developer

As a

Conversational AI Developer , you will design, develop, and implement high-quality conversational experiences using Google Dialogflow and integrate them with Generative AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain conversational agents (chatbots/voicebots) using Google Dialogflow ES & CX, Google CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, Insights, Vertex AI.- Develop and integrate

fulfillment logic

using

Node.js (Intermediate / Advanced)

or

Python

(Intermediate / Advanced)

to enable dynamic, context-aware conversations.- Implement

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

and

Natural Language Understanding (NLU)

models for efficient intent recognition and entity extraction.- Fine-tune and optimize

Generative AI models

(such as OpenAI, GPT models) to enhance conversational experiences.- Integrate external

APIs

and services with conversational agents for real-time data and personalized responses.- Implement conversational AI solutions in

multi-channel environments

(e.g., web, mobile, voice assistants).- Work with cloud services such as

Google Cloud Functions ,

Cloud Run, Firebase, etc

to host serverless fulfillment for chatbots.- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design user-friendly conversational flows.- Perform rigorous

testing

and ensure the bot behavior meets performance, scalability, and quality standards.

Monitor and analyze chatbot performance using

Google Analytics ,

Dialogflow CX , and other tools like

Insights, Agent Assist

to improve conversational accuracy and user satisfaction.

Technical Skills:-

Google Dialogflow (ES/CX):

Proficient in designing intents, entities, contexts, and webhook integration.-

Generative AI (GPT, LLMs) : Hands-on experience implementing and fine-tuning large language models for conversation flows.-

Programming Languages : Medium to strong expertise in

Python

and/or

Node.js

for backend services and integrations.-

Cloud Platforms : Experience with Google Cloud (GCP), AWS, or Azure for deploying and scaling conversational applications.-

API Integrations : Experience integrating with

RESTful APIs , webhooks, and third-party services (CRM, ERP, etc.).-

Database Management : Knowledge of

NoSQL (Firestore, MongoDB)

or

SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

for storing and retrieving data.-

Machine Learning : Understanding of

ML concepts

(NLP, NLU, sentiment analysis) and tools like

TensorFlow ,

Hugging Face , or

Transformers .-

Version Control : Proficiency with

Git

for version control and collaboration.****

Dialogflow Analytics : Knowledge of bot performance monitoring tools like

Google Analytics ,

Dialogflow's built-in analytics , and other

AI/ML model tracking

tools like

Insights(Required), Agent Assist (Required).- Deployment Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.

Nice-to-Have:- Familiarity with

cloud infrastructure

like

Docker

or

Kubernetes

for containerization and microservices.- Prior experience in

voice-enabled applications

using platforms like Alexa, Google Assistant, Telephony integrations, etc.- Experience with

multi-lingual chatbot

development.

Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Ability to document processes and write clear, maintainable code.

expertise with strong

coding

and

cloud platform

experience to build scalable and intelligent chatbot systems enhanced by generative AI technologies.
