Domestic IT Recruiter (Contract staffing ) - Bangalore (Work From Office)

• Experience: 0.6  - 3 years in Domestic IT Recruitment (contractual staffing)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in end-to-end domestic IT Recruitment (Contract Staffing)
  
• Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients" needs & their suitability
  
• Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for feedback on the processed profiles.
  
• Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates
  
• Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
  
• Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
  

Requirements

• Experience: 0.6 - 3 years in Domestic IT Recruitment (contractual staffing)
  
• Must be Passionate and confident.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills
  
• Must be Target Oriented
