Position Overview :

As a Tableau Expert, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data sets

into visually compelling and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, exceptional Tableau skills, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support various business functions.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Optimize data structures and queries to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Tableau development and data visualization.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date with Tableau advancements and industry trends to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization, with a focus on Tableau development.

- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep Builder.

- Strong SQL skills & Python for data manipulation and analysis.

- Experience working with complex data sets in a corporate environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Tableau solutions that drive business impact.

- Tableau certification(s) preferred.
