Your scope of work / key responsibilities:
1. Conducting impediment reviews and in-depth analyses to identify and understand the root causes of the selected impediment.
2. Creating and maintaining a detailed backlog of tasks and initiatives aimed at resolving the specific focused impediment
3. Collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams to develop and implement solutions to resolve the identified impediments.
4. Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented solutions and making necessary adjustments.
5. Partnering with internal teams to implement the proposed solutions and monitor their effectiveness in resolving the identified impediment.
6. Monitoring and reporting on OKRs related to vendor onboarding, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and driving continuous process optimization
Key Qualifications and experience:
Recommended: At least 12 years of experience; ideally 15+ years of experience
Agile Certification and Lean Certification
