Role: Head Barista About the job Frozen Fun is a premium gelato brand operating in Delhi-NCR & Mumbai with 13 outlets and an online presence across major platforms. We are looking to hire a Head Barista who can drive coffee sales at our outlets and train and audit the staff regularly. Key Responsibilities:  Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, and specialty drinks Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and prep areas Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness and cleanliness of the café Train, support, and guide junior staff and new hires in beverage preparation and customer handling Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local regulations Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests Suggest menu improvements and seasonal beverage ideas based on customer preferences and trends  Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience in a busy café or coffee shop Proficient in using commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Strong understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles Proven ability in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Passionate about coffee and always eager to learn and improve  Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Barista training or hospitality management Experience in POS and café operations software Basic latte art skills (advanced preferred) Leadership experience or interest in a future supervisory role
