Job DescriptionRôle et activités

Construire la cartographie des systèmes d'information et la documenter;

Définir l'architecture de la solution définie lors de la phase de Conception;

Assurer, avec le chef de projet, la validation de cette architecture auprès des services

IT de la Direction Générale des Systèmes d'Informations;

Accompagner l'équipe de développement en assurant le respect des principes

architecturaux définis;

Faire des rapports d'avancement au chef de projet et remonter les alertes;

Participer aux phases de conception détaillée avec l'analyste du projet afin de rendre

des avis techniques de faisabilité et/ou proposer des solutions alternatives;

Assurer les livraisons applicatives sur les environnements;

Assurer la qualité des développements;

Réviser/faire des chiffrages.

Requirements

Compétences primordiales (6 années d'expérience et plus)

Expérience en tant que leader technique sur au moins 4 projets de développement

sur des environnements Java,

Expérience en tant que leader technique sur au moins 2 projets de développement

sur des environnements SpringBoot/REST,

Expérience en tant qu'archictecte de solution sur au moins 2 projets de

développement sur des environnements NodeJs et VueJs,

Expérience en tant qu'archictecte de solution sur au moins 2 projets de

développement sur des environnements OpenShift,

Expérience en tant qu'archictecte de solution sur au moins 2 projets de

développement avec de la modélisation sous Orbus iServer (Archimate et BPMN).

Expérience de participation sur au moins 2 projets de plus de 1500 jours/homme;

Formation: Diplôme d’étude supérieure en informatique (ES) ou brevet fédéral ou

diplôme HES.

Compétences importantes

Excellente connaissance de la mise en œuvre d’interfaces avec des modules de

gestion électronique de documents, bus applicatif ou modules comptables et

financiers;

Excellent connaissance des principes de sécurisation des composants SI et de leur

mise en œuvre;

Savoir défendre et imposer des choix techniques;

Excellente capacité à interagir avec l'ensemble de l'équipe projet dans un

environnement Agile;

Maîtrise des méthodes d'analyse et Conception Orientée Objet;

Expérience sur un projet de développement Agile;

Maîtrise de JIRA;

Bonne connaissance des environnements Cloud;

Très Bonne connaissance des frameworks Sprint, Bootstrap, VueJS,

Très Bonne connaissance d'OpenShift,

Très bonne connaissance de l'API REST;

Compétences optionnelles qui représenteraient un plus :

Connaissance de la géomatique et de l’intégration de la géomatique dans une

architecture SI.

Savoir communiquer efficacement et vulgariser auprès des instances clients;

Faire preuve d’esprit d’initiative;

Se montrer flexible et avoir une capacité d’adaptation;

Etre apte à travailler en équipe et à résister au stress;

RequirementsFormation et Certification : Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bachelor ou Master) en informatique et sécurité informatique ou équivalent. Certifications souhaitées : CISSP, CISM, GIAC. Expérience et Compétences : Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en sécurité IT, avec une connaissance approfondie en gouvernance, architecture et technique. Expertise dans les couches réseau, les architectures de référence de sécurité, la compréhension des méthodes d'attaques et de défense, et la sécurité des applications web. Expérience en gestion de la sécurité basée sur les standards NIST, ISO 27001, et ISO 27005. Capacité à mener des audits de sécurité et à collaborer efficacement avec d'autres équipes. Autonomie, rigueur, précision, et bonne capacité de travail en équipe. Langues : Maîtrise du français et connaissance de l'anglais (niveau B2)
