Skill Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA development.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with EHANA/Native HANA development.
  • Proficiency in HANA calculation views (graphical and SQL), scalar and table functions, and stored procedures.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Script and PL/SQL, including the design of tables, table functions, and HANA views.
  • Advanced understanding of data modeling techniques, including variables, input parameters, and currency conversion.
  • Experience implementing business rules for automated decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA security concepts, including analytic and SQL privileges, roles, and schema managemen t.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and tune performance for HANA objects and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with data provisioning tools such as SLT and BODS.
  • Proven track record in preparing thorough design and technical documents.
  • Experience in developing scalable solutions for high-volume data environments.
  • Advanced understanding of data architecture, modeling, and coding best practices.
  • Ability to design and implement real-time reporting applications.
  • Proficient in monitoring and optimizing data models and performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; related certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP HANA) are highly desirable.
