Job Opportunity: B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers – Line Station (Chennai, India)
We are looking for
B1, B2, or B1+B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
to join our EASA Part-145 approved Line Station in Chennai (MAA), India. As a Boeing 737NG & MAX operator, our fleet is equipped with the latest technology avionics, compliant with EASA-OPS standards.
Job Description
- Perform all aircraft line maintenance activities in accordance with EASA Part-145 authorization.
- Prepare and issue required maintenance records and reports, including CRS, Technical Log Book, Technical Delay Reports, and Daily Status.
- Ensure aircraft are maintained in compliance with up-to-date manuals and MOE of the EASA Part-145 organization.
- Use, maintain, and ensure serviceability/calibration of required tools and equipment.
- Verify that all aircraft parts used are serviceable and compliant.
- Order necessary components and consumables for defect rectification and scheduled checks.
- Support troubleshooting and inflight inspections of aircraft system failures, if required.
Qualifications
- Holder of an
EASA Part-66 License
or
DGCA AME License (India)
in B1, B2, or B1+B2 categories. - Valid
Type Ratings
for Boeing 737NG (CFM56-7). Practical and theoretical training certificates from PART-147 or CAR-147 must be presented. - At least
6 months' recent experience
(within the last 2 years) on Boeing 737NG (CFM56-7) or 737MAX (Leap-1B), supported by company authorizations. - Minimum 5 years total experience
in an approved maintenance organization, with at least 3 years on B737NG/MAX as certifying staff. - Must be over 21 years of age.
- Legal right to live and work in India.
- Flexible to work shifts, duty layovers at other line stations, and operational requirements.
- Based in Chennai or open to relocation.
