Full Stack (Python + React.js or Angular 14 + PostgreSQL + Azure DevOps).
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Gen AI-driven applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for AI, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to success in developing B2B/Enterprise Products, Platforms and Web Applications.
The role is hybrid (2 days work from office) and is based out of Pune location. Preference will be given to early joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Enterprise/B2B web applications.
Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the application, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Ensure the integration of third-party services and databases to enhance the functionality of our applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Flask or Fast API. Must have strong experience in Python, Multithreading.
Solid understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Work with PostgreSQL to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and other ORM technologies
Write unit tests using Pytest and Unittest.Mock ensure code quality and reliability.
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
Understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
