Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier at Nksha. The Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, managing the food and beverage menu, and providing excellent communication with guests. The role will involve ensuring an exceptional dining experience and providing expert knowledge on wines and their pairing with the menu.
Qualifications
Expertise in wine pairing and sales
Experience as a sommelier in a fine dining establishment
Knowledge of food and beverage management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Certification or degree in sommelier or related field is a plus
Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is a plus
