Open Links Foundation (OLF) is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational for all.

The program name is Vinoba. It simplifies and saves time for teachers. It helps in easy data collection and analysis for administrators. It has Facebook like features for sharing and learning and a vibrant teacher community.

The model is now well established with tangible improvements in outcomes. OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 33 districts (18-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). Role Description:

M&E Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of programs supported by the Vinoba Application. The role involves data analysis, program evaluation, capacity building, and knowledge management to enhance program efficiency and impact.

As an M&E Data Analyst at Open Links Foundation, you'll:

Monitor and evaluate education programs across districts

Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact

Curate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders

Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App

Support application development with data-driven insights

What We're Looking For?

Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field

2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)

Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement

Passion to transform government education and create real social impact

Remuneration:

₹3.6 – 6.0 LPA (Based on experience)
