Role Description

We are looking for a Plant Head (Plant in Charge) oversees all daily operations of a manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained and resources are managed efficiently to achieve profitability.

Key responsibilities:

Managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications


• Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.


• Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management, with a strong understanding of plant operations.


• Skills: The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
