Job Description – Accounts Payable -Lead Job Summary: System Soft Technologies is seeking an accomplished Accounting Executive to support its corporate headquarters located in the United States of America. Hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods is essential for the successful execution of the responsibilities of the position that include preparing financials, reconciling accounts, and performing a full range of other accounting functions and reporting for the U.S. operation. This position will require interaction with all departments in the accounting division such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing. The Accounting Executive will also participate in the preparation process for audits, cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and billing. Job Roles and Responsibilities: •  Take ownership of all accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, journal entries) •  Set up new vendors and process POs and bills •  Prepare, send, collect, and reconcile accounts receivable invoices •  Enter bills, prepare to pay and reconcile accounts payables and bills •  Perform bank account reconciliations •  Research and resolve accounts payable issues •  Process check requests, cutting checks and ACHs •  Assist with expense report and tracking •  Responsible for notifying delinquent client accounts •  Maintain and produce weekly aging report with update status report to management and notify accounting management of critical accounts •  Weekly follow up for collecting outstanding balances (i.e. calls, emails, etc.) •  Timely and accurately record customer wires, ACHs, and check payments •  Update the company’s billing system for new customer accounts and changes to existing accounts for new products and services •  Process and record daily bank deposits •  Assist with special projects, as needed Job Requirement Qualifications: Accounting Qualification: Graduates / Postgraduates in Finance & Accounting Basic Accounting Skills Accounting Experience: 5+ years of experience in US GAAP, USA Accounting, AR, AP & GL. Experience in IT/ ITES Sector would be ideal). Multi-entity experiences strongly preferred   Communication Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, Good Typing skills Tech Skills: Proficient ERP accounting system, Quick books, Microsoft Dynamics Excel Skills – Intermediate   Other Skills: Eye for detail, Team player willing to learn new tasks, Team Leading skills added advantage Detail Oriented, Happy to work in Fast Paced and Heavy workload environment.   Why System Soft Technologies?
