Devops Engineer

As a DevOpsEngineer you will directly report to the CTO and be responsible forthe deployment and maintenance of our cloudbased SaaS products. Thesuccessful candidate must have a BE Computer Science or equivalentdegree with minimum of 2 years experience developing deploying andmaintaining large cloud based solutions is also required to beconsidered for this position.

Responsible fordeploying automating maintaining troubleshooting and improving thesystems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly. Therole requires you to have handson technical experience and a candoapproach towards environment automation / management and continuousimprovement.

The role will involve the use of abroad range of technologies operating systems (Windows Linux) andapplication environments with an emphasis on the implementation ofbest practice cloud security principles. Excellent English verbaland written communication skills areessential.

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor the deployment and maintenance of our cloudbased SaaSrecruitment platform.
• You will need to workclosely with engineering and technical teams in deploying theircode providing operational support for new and existing productsand debugging production issues.
• As a DevOpsEngineer you will need to manage the deployment configurationsupport and troubleshooting of issues with our cloudinfrastructure.
• To ensure the availabilityperformance scalability and security of our productions systems.
• Build release and configuration management ofproduction systems.
• Preproduction AcceptanceTesting to help assure the quality of our products / services.
• System troubleshooting and problem solvingacross platform and application domains.
• Suggesting architecture improvementsrecommending process improvements.
• Evaluatenew technology options and vendor products.
• Ensuring critical system security through theuse of best in class cloud securitysolutions.

EducationalRequirements:

• B.E.in Computer Science / MCA or other equivalenttechnicaldiscipline

RequiredSkills &Experience

• 2years experience with Amazon AWS / Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Abilityto develop and maintain an AWS / Azure based cloud solution with anemphasis on best practice cloudsecurity.
• Strong scripting skills (Linux andPowershell)
• Windows Server & Linux Systemadministration
• Experience with Systemmonitoring tools
• Ability to analyze and resolvecomplex infrastructure resource and application deploymentissues

• Strongunderstanding of Object Oriented Design & Programming(C#)
• Experience with Octopus Deployconfiguration and scripting
